Cozonacul ROSENKRANZ care a luat nastere in germania acum o suta si ceva de ani .Acest cozonac dupa parerea mea este unul dintre cele ma rafinate retete pe care le-am realizat ,daorita Gabrielei care a dezvaluit aceasta reteta minunata.<br />

Intrun castron separat adaugam faina bine cernuta impreuna cu cele doua oua ,praful de sare si aromele.Separat intr-un alt castron se pune drojdia la dizolvat in lapte caldut si indulcit in prealabil cu cele trei linguri de zahar.</div>

Dupa ce drojdia sa topit fara a o lasa la dospit turnam incet,cate putin peste faina in care am pus ouale si aromele amestecand usor pana se omogenizeaza compozitia.</div>

Aluatul obtinut se framanta cca 10-15 minute pe bancul de lucru pe care am presarat putina faina.Dupa ce am terminat cu framantatul ,cu ajutorul unui sucitor de lemn intindem aluatul dandui o forma cat mai dreptunghiulara groasa cam de 1 cm.Ungem foaia cu untul care in prealabil a fost amestecat cu cele 6 linguri de zahar dupa care adaugam nuca sau alunele de padure.</div>

Lasam rulourile la crescut pentru 1 ora intrun loc cald.Dupa o ora veti vedea ca rulourile vor creste atat de mult incat vor lua forma unui trandafir.Recomandarea mea e sa folositi o cratita de ceramica cu diametrul de 24 cm.</div>

Luam gamberi congelati si-i decongelam lasandui in apa rece . Dupa ce sau decongelat , separam capul gamberilor si ii punem deoparte.Cozile ramase le decojim doar pana la aripioarele de la coada.Cu ajutorul unui cutit luam si despicam cu grija coada doar cat sa scoatem intestinul cu mizerie din interiorul gamberului.Dupa ce ati efectuat aceasta operatiune luati gamberii si spalatii bine,dupa care asezatii pe un prosop de hartie pentru o absortie cat mai acurata a apei,dupa care ii condimentam cu sare si piper.</div>

Luam o tigaie in care punem uleiul de masline la incins.Dupa ce sa incins luati si adaugati usturoiul taiat marunt dupa care aruncam in tigaie si capurile de la gamberi.Dupa circa 2 minute adaugam si vinul alb lasand sa fiarba timp de 10 min.Dupa ce capurile de la gamberi au lasat sucul le aruncam iar sucul ramas il punem deoparte.</div>

In alta tigaie adanca punem rosiile care in prealabil au fost decojite si taiate marunt impreuna cu telina taiata fin.Lasam sa fiarba bine rosiile pana lasa toata apa,dupa care luati si strecurati apa in exces lasand doar putin.Dupa ce ati scurs apa luati rosiile ,telina si sosul obtinut din capul de la gamberi si punetile intr-un mixer amestecand pana obtineti o crema omogena.Crema obtinuta se pune la foc mic iar dupa ce a inceput sa fiarba adaugam paprika si lingurita de curry amestecand pt circa 5 min dupa care sosul poate fi luat de pe foc lasandul la racit.</div>

<b> Peste pulpa de avocado puneti cele 2 linguri de ulei extravirgin de masline ,1/2 catel de usturoi,2 lingurite de lime sau suc de lamaie, 1 lingurita de mustar ,un praf de sare ,un praf de piper dupa care dati drumul la blender si amestecati pana obtineti o crema spumoasa.In cazul in care crema e prea densa mai adaugati putin ulei de masline.</b></div>

<b> Se ia o caracatita, daca e vie se curata bine si se spala ,iar daca e congelata se decongeleaza si se clateste sub jet de apa rece. Dupa ce caracatita s-a decongelat si in prealabil am spalato bine ,se ia un batator de lemn si incepeti sa o presati bine timp de 10 min pentru a deveni carnea mai moale. Se ia o parte din patrunjel si se toaca marunt dupa care se pune intr-o oala cu apa la fiert ,la care adaugam si un pic de sare.</b></div>

<b> Dupa ce apa da in clocot se ia caracatita si se scufunda usor de 3 ori in apa clocotita pana se ariceste . A treia oara se lasa de tot in apa si asteptam sa fiarba timp de 35 sau 45 min depinde de cat de mare este caracatita si cel mai important in timpul fierberii sa nu introduceti linguri sau obiecte metalice. </b></div>

Se spală şi se taie cu un cuţit mărar, apoi adăugaţi-l peste mix (2). În acest moment gama de ansamblu, se condimentează cu sare şi piper, dacă doriţi. Separat se pune smantana care cu ajutorul unui mixer se bate pana devine cremoasa,dupa care se adauga la mix folosind o lingura plata de lemn (3).</span><br />
